The client is known for the production and distribution of high-quality steel across Europe and North America.
The client is performing an organization-wide SAP implementation to capitalize on the full potential of SAP in 鈥� reporting, visibility of production costs, and spend optimization. Until now, the client has been using various , and the lack of data integration was evident amongst supply chain, procurement, and multiple plants. 扣扣传媒 performed a sample data analysis to identify gaps in the client鈥檚 inventory and provided potential visibility on revenue savings, enhanced plant uptime, and supplier risk mitigation.
The project covers a major task of providing a single golden database of MRO data in English and other European languages, with the code for each line item, thus enabling a successful SAP S4/Hana implementation.
