Anil is a visionary leader, with over 32 years of management experience in the high-tech sector. He has consistently guided the company with his exceptional aptitude for innovation and strategic direction.

Prior to 扣扣传媒, Anil was a senior management executive with a Billion Dollar consumer electronics company, where he garnered many years of experience in Manufacturing, R&D, and Sales. He holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master鈥檚 degree in Business Administration. Always an ardent proponent of high standards of customer satisfaction, he is also a certified Net Promoter Associate and coaches the 扣扣传媒 team on the NPS system.

He enjoys traveling, listening to music and is a movie buff.

Peter heads Finance and Accounts at 扣扣传媒, which includes ensuring statutory compliance and managing the financial health of the company. He is an expert in international trade, foreign exchange management and budget control and has played a key role at 扣扣传媒 in these areas, since 2006. He holds an MBA in Finance and has over 25 years of experience in financial management across different industries. Apart from the core finance function, Peter also manages the legal review function and general administration of the company. Prior to joining 扣扣传媒, Peter was working in the Middle East, where he gained valuable experience in accounting and finance dealing, with international clients and partners. He follows basketball very closely and also loves reading.

CK Bharathan (鈥淐K鈥�) heads operations at 扣扣传媒 for three key service lines : Engineering Services, Master Data Management (MDM), and Regulatory Compliance (ComplianceXL). Over the past 28 years, CK has worked in different industries, covering multiple functional areas ranging from manufacturing and engineering to technical services and supply chain management. A detail-oriented person, CK has an excellent cultural understanding of how global programs are managed effectively while operationally managing costs and optimizing resource utilization. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has thorough knowledge and implementation experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and OHSAS 18001. CK is also an expert in SPC, 5S, and Kaizen. He has led initiatives to implement ERP programs in large organizations. CK is an engineering graduate and loves books and music.

Nikhil Anil Sivadas is a versatile professional with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and finance. After earning his engineering degree, Nikhil further advanced his expertise by studying finance at the prestigious London Business School, equipping him with strategic financial insights to complement his technical background. As the Vice President at 扣扣传媒 Engineering, Nikhil plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, innovation, and strategic growth. His expertise in both engineering and finance allows him to optimize processes, enhance project delivery, and ensure client success. Nikhil is deeply focused on building strong, lasting client relationships by aligning technical and financial strategies with client goals, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions and exceptional service.

Sushil heads Customer Success and Key Account Management roles for 扣扣传媒. Sushil brings in over 34 years of corporate experience in Delivery Management, Quality Management, Account management, Business Development. An experienced and highly organized individual who provides strategic direction and management coverage to the organization, Sushil believes in result-oriented leadership.He is known to build highly motivated teams that are conscious of improving productivity and quality throughout the business function.Creating a data and results-driven environment that enables continuous improvement to thrive consistently, reduce waste, cost of non-quality, he is passionate about creating a culture of Right First Time. This is proven to enable higher levels of customer satisfaction. A positive approach to all tasks and Sushil鈥檚 ability to form good relationships with customers, peers and staff is central to his success.
