As per the extension contract, 扣扣传媒 helps its client in purchase order (PO) tracking, order confirmation, and delivery in 15 regions globally. There is an increase from 10 regions to 15 regions. Also, the team size has increased significantly to manage smooth project management.
The client manages warehousing facilities at multiple locations for large manufacturing companies across the globe. A large number of suppliers and the need for decentralized operations obliged a comprehensive solution for effective Purchase Order (PO) tracking, order confirmation, and expediting.
The procurement and expediting team, operating in various time zones, monitor order status progress, and ensures that the MRO materials are delivered as per agreed terms. In the past couple of years, 扣扣传媒 has been successful in achieving a 20% increase in order confirmations and a whopping 15% reduction in the past due to deliveries. This achievement has triggered the client to extend the contract with no additional frills but with increased resource requirements for additional 5 regions outside North America and Europe.
