The Lifecycle Management contract will entail that 扣扣传媒 manages the entire 鈥榣ifecycle鈥� of the Client鈥檚 direct materials inventory; to monitor the parts for obsolescence related issues. As part of the comprehensive contract, 扣扣传媒 will be responsible for validating the lifecycle status of the parts in use 鈥� apart from certain critical part parametrics 鈥� and also for isolating any high risk parts and identifying alternative sources for single source parts. 扣扣传媒鈥檚 solution will deliver an effective early warning system that proactively monitors parts and will enable the Client to mitigate obsolescence risks well in advance. The annual maintenance contract for the inventory also takes care of the Client鈥檚 ongoing risk management needs.
