Chi Sigma Iota inductees recognized
Counseling honor society honors 26 students

On November 6, 2014, ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ recognized 26 students for their academic excellence and leadership and inducted into ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½’s Beta Phi Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota, an international honor society awards academic and professional excellence in counseling.
These students are now charged with a two-fold objective according to Dr. Lori Russell-Chapin:
“Primarily, Chi Sigma Iota members here at ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ must advocate for the needs of the community as they relate to counseling,” she said. “Secondly, they must raise awareness for the profession of counseling through mentoring and study coalitions.”
