¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ will open its 2026 campaign against DePaul, kicking off the Braves’ 15-game regular-season slate. ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ concluded preseason play on August 14 following an exhibition against Milwaukee, having also faced Northwestern and Southeastern Community College earlier in the preseason. Similarly, DePaul squared off against No. 4 Saint. Louis, Indian Hills Community College and Wisconsin during its preseason slate. The all-time series has leaned in favor of the Braves, with ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ holding an 8-2-3 record against DePaul, including a 5-1-2 mark in Peoria.
The Braves have also won five of the last seven meetings against DePaul dating back to 2005. Most recently, the two sides battled to a 2-2 draw in Peoria last season. Another note of history on the side of ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ is their home opener success. Home-opening results have been nearly automatic for the Braves, as ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ is 5-0-1 in home openers since 2020.
