]]> AutoCAD drawings. The Client is a leading designer and manufacturer of electric submersible pumps and controls, offering a complete line of pumps. They provide both standard and customized systems to a wide range of customers. ۿ۴ý approached the Client to explore opportunities for enhancing their product manufacturing and recommended converting the legacy drawings of their products using AutoCAD. This would be useful for standardization as well as to enable Engineering Change Management (ECM). The drawings thus shared by the Client include key products from their vast product line of pump sets. Following initial discussions, ۿ۴ý was assigned a pilot project for developing AutoCAD drawings for a few of the Client’s products. ۿ۴ý’s team of engineers delivered accurate drawings within schedule, which led to the Client awarding the complete set of their leading market products. ۿ۴ý’s Business Head of Design Engineering on the occasion said, “Most leading manufacturers often tend to overlook the importance of maintaining legacy drawings of their existing product line, owing to other critical priorities.
