The shifts were structured with an overlap to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer in terms of changes, approvals, and corrections required. Given the importance of a quick turnaround, a two-shift team was put in place, where the second shift would begin with evaluations with the customer. Taking advantage of the time-zone difference, the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ teams were able to perform the rerouting and rework tasks and ready them for review before the beginning of the next US day.

Given the stringent deadline, the design, validation, pipe stress analysis, validation and quality oversight had to be performed with unmatched efficiency. Typical to most projects, the ¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ team also setup a step-delay project management plan that allowed for the skid design to be broken down into smaller modules where pipe stress analysis for each module could be performed individually.
